Well its sure been a long time since I've posted anything! Figure I ought to share my beautiful baby girl on here as well!
My due date was Sept. 21, so that's the night I got induced! Which turned out to be a good thing, because her cord was tied in a knot! He said when she was really little she must have worked her way around in there to tie it. :( If it had been any tighter he said she wouldn't have made it. I'm sooooo happy and thankful that it wasn't.
She is pretty much amazing! She is so beautiful, and so much fun to have. She just makes everything better, and yeah, I couldn't ask for more. She sleeps really well for only being 2 weeks old, I mean, we get frustrated sometimes, but really she does great, most of the time she doesn't wake up as often as everyone told me to expect. She's gaining weight really well, we've been supplementing with formula a little, mainly cause she was a but jaundice and we were worried she wasn't getting enough. But for the most part she's just nursing now, and we're both pretty good at it!
She is so spoiled already, my mom just went for a trip to Missouri and brought a ton of things back for her, and she definitely has plenty of clothes to last her awhile. Its going to be interesting going to Missouri in the summer to see everyone! Speaking of, I'm excited cause for the first time Jeff will be going down with us too! And the hopes are to baptise her while we are there, I really want my Grandma there when we do.
Anyways, there's an update for now, and hopefully since Isabella is here I'll have more things to update, at least about her! :)
